GolfSQ Ltd (“GolfSQ”, “we”, “us”) operates an indoor golf simulator venue, including golf bays, a lounge/snug area, and flexible workspace facilities, located at 14 Farm Lane, London SW6 1PP. Company No. 16814662. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, events, memberships, and use of our venue.

1. About Us

GolfSQ Ltd (“GolfSQ”, “we”, “us”) operates an indoor golf simulator venue, including golf bays, a lounge/snug area, and flexible workspace facilities, located at 14 Farm Lane, London SW6 1PP. Company No. 16814662. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, events, memberships, and use of our venue.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 General Bookings (Simulator Bays)

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received
• Prices may vary depending on peak and off-peak times

2.2 Event Bookings

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event
• The remaining balance is due no later than 10 working days prior to the event
• Bookings made within 20 working days of the event require full payment upfront

2.3 Pricing

GolfSQ reserves the right to amend pricing in the event of errors, omissions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

3.1 General Bookings

• More than 48 hours’ notice: full refund or reschedule
• 24–48 hours’ notice: reschedule only
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: no refund

3.2 Event Bookings

Cancellations must be made in writing and take effect from receipt.

4. Arrival & Session Rules

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booking
• Late arrival will result in reduced playing time
• Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time
• Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

5. Simulator & Bay Usage Rules

To ensure safety and protect equipment, all users must:

• Follow all staff instructions at all times
• Only swing within designated hitting areas
• Use only approved golf balls and equipment
• Not touch or interfere with screens, projectors, or tracking systems unless instructed to do so by GolfSQ staff
• Ensure sufficient space and awareness of others before swinging
• Only one (1) player may occupy the grass practice area at any one time whilst playing, unless participating in a coaching session conducted by an authorised coach.
• Any person aged twelve (12) years or under must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.

Capacity

• Maximum players per bay must be adhered to at all times

Safety

• Practice swings outside designated hitting areas are strictly prohibited
• Children must be supervised at all times

Damage

• Users are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or equipment
• This includes simulator screens, projectors, tracking systems, and furnishings
• Any loss or damage may be charged at GolfSQ’s discretion, including the cost of repair or replacement

GolfSQ reserves the right to terminate any session immediately if unsafe or inappropriate behaviour is observed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Conduct & Alcohol

• GolfSQ operates a zero tolerance policy for unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behaviour
• Intoxicated guests may be refused entry or removed from the venue
• No refunds will be issued where entry is refused or a session is terminated due to conduct
• No external food or drink is permitted unless agreed in writing

This applies to all areas of the venue, including simulator bays, lounge, and workspace areas.

7. Guest Responsibility

The person making the booking is responsible for:

• All guests attending
• Ensuring all guests comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Any damage, loss, or misconduct caused by their group

8. Health & Safety

• Participation in golf and simulator-based activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury from golf balls, clubs, or other participants
• By using GolfSQ’s facilities, all users acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that participation is at their own risk
• Users are responsible for ensuring they maintain a safe distance from others at all times

GolfSQ shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by any person except where caused by GolfSQ’s negligence or breach of legal duty. GolfSQ reserves the right to suspend or stop activities at any time where safety is at risk.

9. Equipment

• Personal clubs may be used unless otherwise stated. All clubs must be clean and free from debris before use
• Rental equipment must be returned in good condition
• Any loss or damage may be charged at GolfSQ’s discretion

10. Lounge & Workspace Areas

GolfSQ provides lounge and workspace areas for relaxation, socialising, and informal working.

Users of these areas must:

• Treat fellow members, guests, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Keep noise levels to a minimum and appropriate for the environment, particularly during normal working hours.
• Refrain from conducting commercial activities, organised meetings, training sessions, or events without the prior written approval of GolfSQ management.
• Not leave personal belongings unattended. GolfSQ accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
• Use the facilities in a manner that does not disrupt the enjoyment or use of the space by others.

Member-Only Areas

The designated “Working from Home” area and Snug are reserved exclusively for GolfSQ members. Non-members may only access or use these areas with the prior permission of GolfSQ management.

GolfSQ reserves the right to refuse access to, or remove individuals from, these areas where these Terms and Conditions are not complied with.

Food & Drink

• Food and drink may only be consumed in designated areas
• External food and drink remains subject to GolfSQ approval

Connectivity

• GolfSQ does not guarantee uninterrupted access to workspace facilities, power, or internet connectivity

Liability

• All personal belongings are brought into lounge and workspace areas at the owner’s risk
• GolfSQ accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage

GolfSQ reserves the right to restrict or remove access to these areas at its discretion.

11. Technical Issues

While GolfSQ aims to provide uninterrupted service:

• We are not liable for interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control
• Where appropriate, we may offer a reschedule or partial refund at our discretion

12. Minimum Spend (Events)

• Minimum spend requirements apply as outlined in event agreements
• Minimum spend is redeemable against food and beverage only
• Unused minimum spend is non-refundable and non-transferable

13. Photography & Filming

• Photography and filming may take place at the venue
• Content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
• Guests who do not wish to be filmed or photographed should notify staff upon arrival

14. CCTV

• CCTV is in operation throughout the venue for safety and security purposes
• Footage may be used to investigate incidents, damage, or breaches of these Terms

15. Liability

• GolfSQ is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings
• All property is brought to the venue at the owner’s risk

16. Force Majeure

GolfSQ shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, pandemic, government restrictions, or technical failure.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
